Modern Europe

Arguably, the best food in the world originated in Europe, with the centre of the food universe in modern Europe being France. The French influence has been huge, but that has spread around Europe to many countries. There are over 2,000 stars worldwide, one quarter of them are in France, and two thirds of them in Europe.
